S1 was so dramatic and S2 is so tame, it doesn't even feel like I am reading the same story.

this story really just turn into another damsel in distress trope. I thought the MC would have the wits about her but she really is just dumb. She could have made good decisions but she really likes to throw herself away just because she got a chance to live. Dropping this now, too cringe for me personally.
I truly wished that this story wouldn't take on a naive view on love. Ari's entire past life revolved around getting validation from Caesar and in her current life too, she has a become a fool for alphonso. It would be really interesting if Rapheal end up being the main ML, otherwise it just follows another cliche of being blind when it comes to love.
