I found this pretty funny actually. The gap between the movie scenes and the art actually made the story flow pretty good.
As for the story, if there was one, it read like something out of a haruki murakami book.
Based on that last panel I'm thinking she might offer to stay behind in the dungeon or sacrifice herself for the group.
