We all know that Giovanni was adopted child, tweeter fans speculation that he is somehow connected to Lee gang, that was my speculation too cuz if you compare their faces, gahhhhhhh they look like brothers, and on the upcoming chapters, a women pharmacist will have a cameo and guess what she's freaking looks like gio and leegang (gio is tan while the two have brighter color, but gio is much more hotter) anyways as the author said, it's just the beginning, so folks let's wait for the upcoming drama. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
Yup, they definitely are related. That pharmacist is even Leegang's mom(according to the translation in papago) and there are only two other characters that have the same hair color as Gio, the pharmacist and Gio's secretary(but ofc they are probably not related). Heck, why would the story even mention a side character's parents if they aren't relevant to the story.
