Everybody in the omegaverse can get pregnant, alphas, betas and omegas. Do you member how in rich families the alphas marry each other to preserve the bloodline? In the omegaverse universe humanity evolved to alpha, beta and omega to fix the low birthrate, so now everybody can have babies , even men. And yes, theorically a woman can get pregnant a man. It's just that stories with omegas are more interesting, because of the heat matter and stuff
yuppo and additionally, omegaverse doesnt have a laid set of guidelines(its more like authors choosing a common set), and so there are different variations of omegaverse and some examples ive see are: only omegas emit pheromones, or can get pregnant, or there are fated mates, or in this case, alphas can get pregnant. The versions all sort of vary from each other, even if its super tiny. The alphas ability to get pregnant is just part of this version methinks
