Unpopular opinion and idk if this makes sense but I really don't want Eswar and Charteris's relationship to go in a bad direction. I mean power struggle and everything. Like it wasn't an unusual thing back then, people used to kill their parents and siblings because of their greed to inherit power. I know the one with God's blessing becomes the Emperor here so Charteris is the next emperor but another fact is that Eswar used to be the rightful heir when he was little too (before the blessing transferred). Idk what will happen later but I seriously hope their relationship will remain the same.
Eswar greatly resembles the 1st Emperor so his personality is also kind of twisted. But he DOES love his brother. Cause we've seen how he reacted whenever someone brought up the topic of Charteris's legitimacy to inherit the throne. He never let people talk bad about the royal family or Charteris, the rightful heir. I just hope the brothers continue to maintain the good relationship seriously cause I'm tired of seeing brothers fight in every manhwa be it because of power or the fl. So I genuinely want to see some bros supporting bros

I remember ugly crying while reading the beginning chapters of the story. Because of how precious everything and her family was. She was having a hard time opening up to them due to her past experiences but still took time and finally opened up to them. It was so sad beautiful and made me cry sm. But then I dropped it because there weren't many episodes so I thought of coming back later to binge read. Now that it has more chapters, I'm gonna read it from the start again!

Ahsel is the best boy till the end. He's the only character I didn't hate once throughout the entire series and obviously the only one who uses his brain to figure things out and can read the room. Otherwise tell me why Karloi never realised that Evonne is Rue and didn't even think there could be something that's keeping her from saying the truth but Ahsel figured it out within a minute during their talk that she couldn't speak the truth due to some magic casted upon her. Only Ahsel thought something was fishy and took her side and helped her clear her name when Karloi should've been the one that trusted her or tried to sort things out. Ahsel is the only best boy for me bye
