The story was BEAUTIFUL. I binge read it in one night and absolutely loved it. The story, the art style everything was so beautiful. I have some things to say about it so I'll just go on lolol
1. Shinnuya was her name if I'm not mistaken? The ml's sister? Omg how I'm absolutely in love with her?? She's SO BEAUTIFUL. I couldn't see anything else besides her in the panels she was in istg. She's gorgeous, strong, smart and every single dress she wore? Obsessed! Loved their duo because they were polar opposites but still madly in love with each other.
2. I actually liked the emperor until he started doing those horrible things. It was sad because bro was so hot but yeah he repented and all (still can't quite forgive)

4. Dyke and Ailstar's story was so heartbreaking. I actually cried no kidding. They didn't deserve that ending. Just thinking about it is making me sad again TT
5. I loved how much Escal changed after meeting Lara. He started to feel real emotions and was ready to do everything for Lara and his baby. Lara was the same. She always assured him, was kind to him, always ready to risk everything for him. Their relationship was beautiful and it actually felt so natural.
6. Lastly the ending. Oh how I loved the ending! Everything about it was perfect. The baby is so adorbs and so are they. It was beautiful seeing him try his best to become the best father because he had never experienced any parental love in his life. We love a devoted and loyal husband+father!
Also I actually liked the fact that the author didn't add unnecessary rivalry between the father son because I actually dont like it. I mean it's funny sometimes but still a no because why would you be jealous of your own child. Doesn't make sense plus not healthy either.
Idk about yall but I really want to read a isekai manhwa of someone as wicked as Nera. Most of the isekais I've read, the fls are mostly villain because they were misunderstood, used, did for love or family etc. None of them are truly horrible villains because even if they did bad things, mostly it was out of love for their family or a guy. But Nera here, she didn't clearly have any solid purpose behind her villainous actions. She just hated, envied and was jealous of Iris because she thought she has everything and she doesn't deserve to be happy even though Iris in the first timeline loved Nera like her own sibling. She did feel guilty in the end and wondered what would it be like if she hadn't done all those evil things out of envy.
That's why I really wanna read a isekai of one of these characters who were actually evil. Like Nera or even Isis from The villainess turns the hourglass. Because omg I could write a paragraph on how much I love that character.
OkayI don't mean LOVE love, I mean the character is well written, she just wanted to make her brother better, she had SO MUCH potential to become the family head if there weren't any women stereotype. She was beautiful, intelligent, politically great but sadly did many evil things because of whatever reason. She would slay it as a morally grey character because ik I'd love her redemption arc. Plus as cherry on top, she had sm chemistry with that king from the other country (white haired guy) even tho there wasn't supposed to be any chemistry lolol
So yeah. I overall liked it. Kinda felt bored in some parts of the story but it was a nice read. The ml reminded me of the ml of The duchess's 100 tea recipes. Loved how he was so whipped and supportive of Iris in every step. Loved them sm. Plus omg their squad is so precious TT

I've been in a reading slump so it's been a while since I've binge read a manhwa. This is so good omg. Stayed up all night reading it, finished it in a day because I couldn't put it down lolol. The storyline was so good, kept me on edge. The character development was also good. The way she didn't immediately start liking him in the 2nd lifetime and had conflicting emotions and past traumas, it was super refreshing and well written. Can't wait for more chapters to see how it ends.
