I cried so hard for Gayoung when she had to make way for that bitch Yoojin. Cause like I relate and it hurts so much when a guy you like and your friend is suddenly "some". Especially since you really won't be able to avoid them because they are your friends. Like they can flirt in front of you or tell stories of each other and you are just forced to act like you support them even though it already hurts so much.

Basically, he started flirting w one of her closest / best friends (he didn’t know about her feelings for him atm tho)
One chapter she was feeling really down and called Woo Jin and they agreed to meet at the Han river, thinking it would only be him and her. But then he brought Eugene or Yoo jin without letting Ga young know beforehand or even asking how she’d feel about it

To those who hates the Emperor for threatening the FL.
1. Have you guys ever had a thought why he threatened MC?
Ans. She refused to marry him.
2. Why does he wants to marry her?
Ans. Because she's a witch and she can hold/control the curse in the Emperor's body.
3. Why does she has too?
Ans. Because he already feel like his body won't be able to contain the curse longer.
4. What happens if the curse explodes?
Ans. Their world would explode and many people would die.
I agree that it is wrong for him to threaten, but is it still so bad so when he was thinking of the greater good? Is he still an a-hole for that?

Adding to your point, whilst it is asshole behaviour him threatening her, I don't think that was his original plan. He probably wanted to convince her to marry him more slowly, but her revealing her powers is what made him feel like he had to rush the marriage which is what lead to the threatening, because otherwise, she may try to run away to escape people's scrutiny and if he loses her, he'll eventually go kaboom and he can't afford that. He was definitely in the wrong, but as the emperor he's always going to trying to do whatever best for his people and he obviously don't want to end up killing everyone so he's going to do whatever it takes, even if its wrong. He's not a bad guy, just an emperor he will do whatever it takes to protect his people, even at the expense of others. At the end of the day, just blame the author for using such a trope, its clearly overused and unrealistic and people are just sick of it.

Yo, the daughter baron thingy makes me hesitant to read this. I feel like I won't be reading this for now. Trashta and that Rose gave bad reputation of Baron's daughter (or from nothing) to having the Emperor's attention (by sleeping?) with him. Did I misunderstand the summary, if so, please correct me if I'm wrong

Why is it that all the men here are so fine? Honestly, it got to the point where I would whine because why the hell are they villains my heart says yes but my brain says no though honestly, after chap 15 or so, I kind liked Cassis more and my admiration for the others lessened. Jeremy is cute, but I don't like how he treated Cassis. Dion is my type but I hate how he killed Ashil. I also kind of like the father, but he is just so messed up and my love for him transferred to Dion (after he appears) lol ; not only that but I hate the fact that he has so many wives, isn't a good father and teaches wrong things to his children.
So yeah, Cassis for me

This is just my theory but what if the ML actually liked Yoori (since they were) in high school? That's why he eyed her when he came to the CEO's office the day of the accident? I mean he even went to the funeral and the Oppa's sentence wasn't finished when he mentioned "Come to think of it, ML also—" when ML and him went to Yoori (Yool)'s house. If that's so, I think there I think Yoori and him ending up together wouldn't really be a problem. Plus I think Yool didn't really like him; it was just the thought of escaping her family that she likes.
Incest is romantic relationship between siblings or step siblings that "naturally see each other as siblings". With the ML and FL's case, I don't think they do, lol. FL knows the full story and thus sees him as the villain that would be able to save her. ML on the other hand just seemingly is intrested in what his mother left behind. Plus he doesn't even know the feeling of what it feels like to care and protect about his siblings as he is raised in a family that kills each other. So I don't think he sees her as a younger sister. Also, I feel like ML already knows FL is not his younger sibling.
