Yea if they don’t want smut, or rape they can just read shonen ai it doesn’t have any sex scene in there every thing is cute and adorable but then on shonen ai people expect sex like wtf

Not all BL smut is hc and or includes rape and as heavy themes as this one. Tbh I'm not a fan of rape either but it also depends on how it's handled.
[Paragraph about why I'm more fine with the rape within this manga: In this manga I like how uncomfortable the rape scenes make the viewers and how easy it is to be emphatetic towards Yu and his experience while there's nothing to excuse Takas actions (like at the beginning) so the viewers are directed to not feel any symphaty towards the offender aka. Taka at the time.
And after Taka starts to redeem himself us viewers kinda start forgiving Taka in the same pace as Yu is. I also like that Taka has harder time forgiving himself than Yu has and he is not trying to brush it off or give excuses. Taka seems to understand how horrible he was and works towards becoming a better person. Paragraph end.]
I think it's fine to want shonen ai characters to have sex. maybe complaining about it is unecessary, but like when there's characters you like you usually want to see more and more of them and I think that's valid :D
