In normal stories when someone wants to break up with his boyfriend because he knows the guy loves children and deserves a family etc., he'd say that when breaking up and the boyfriend'd refuse to break up or they'd talk it out in the end. This is my first time seeing one doesn't know till the end and they don't come back to each other
This is too sad for this series

I don't even care about the uke's past. Everyone has his own past. I'm not a fan of him either, and I don't get why he's acting this way. If it were me, even if I were dead poor I'd never live at some stranger's house knowing that I'll get fucked senselessly by him for no reason (because the bastard never explains why he acts like that). There's not even a love contract between them, why does the uke have to endure that? The first two times when he was in heat, he was partly at fault too, but he did nothing to deserve the next two times. HE WAS NOT IN HEAT, HE DIDN't ASK FOR IT!
Why are people trying to protect the seme??? They're just strangers, and he fucks the uke whenever he wants despite promising that he wouldn't! And when that happens he just brushes it off with some materialistic offer without even giving a proper explanation! They say dominant alpha has willpower to resist omega's heat, yet this guy doesn't even resist his urge when there's no heat at all! This guy's just so weak personalitywise urghh

Yep, I guess it's the simplistic "if one character is to be hated then the other must be loved" reasoning, when really both have their pluses and minuses.
Hye-sung meeting up with his friend seemed to knock some sense into him over the severity of his situation, at the end of the day pregnancy and child birth can be fatal for the mother, or cause some long term health issues (the friend talked about is he even aware that things could go wrong). Not sure how such concerns would translate into omegaverse logic, surely there would be greater risk to the "male mother". And if Dojin doesn't want to step up, then Hye-sung is going to be left as a single parent who can barely feed himself let alone a dependent.

Dominant alpha can resist.... whatever you said, where did you see it? Do you think this author researched so much?

Chapter and page numbers plz.

Seems like Dojin chooses to release his pheromones in front of Hye-sung which incapacitates him. Hye-sung's friend says he should go live with him, as living with an Alpha isn't safe, said Alpha prevents Hye-sung from leaving and then rapes him, which proved tofu face's point.

I'm still going to continue reading it, but I hope in the end nothing will change. Even when they live together and feel warm, there's still regret and the understanding that Akane's a replacement will remain.
To me, their living in sadness and pretense would be a better and more suitable ending than a happy one in which Keisuke really falls in love with Akane.

What the heck? I don’t agree with you at all. Each person deserves to find happiness, not stay stuck in a tragic past. Why would you ever wish ill on both of them like that? Of course I’m not saying they should forget mei but finding comfort in someone and then moving on to finding true happiness in them is NOT a crime.

I don't wish ill on both of them, and of course it'd be great for them if they find happiness. I just think they shouldn't find happiness in each other's arm because it's too forced for the storyline and they wouldn't be able to tell who that love's for at times (like they're doing now thinking of Mei and wish they could experience that with Mei).
To me a happy ending where they truly love each other is unrealistic and an ending where they come to accept the situation that Mei'll forever be there in their relationship is better. I shouldn't say sadness, but I can't find the right word.
If they really move on then they shouldn't stay with each other but live their own life separately. Keisuke only loved Mei, so after he died Keisuke should move on, not find comfort in his brother. Akane only had a crush on Keisuke, without the regret of what he did to Mei it shouldn't be that hard to forget your brother's lover if you two don't meet again. However, since the author wants them to be twisted together, the matter shouldn't be solved like in a glittery shoujo manga.
