I read this once, and decided that I didn't like this as much as the main story (I've read the main story several times), but now I re-read this spin-off, I just want to cry (though I didn't), it's so beautiful, and I fell for Deguchi ╥﹏╥
Even though I usually dislike plots where main characters sleep with other people when they're in love with someone else, and I don't like it when someone starts a relationship with another just because they're afraid of losing them either, I'm still in love with this manga I don't even know why ;-;
Maybe it's because of the slow pace and how they resolved each problem steadily (like when Onoda asked for time to think about his feelings, and they remained like that for another month)

So other employees didn't know that they belong to the same family? If it weren't the case, would you be jealous of that much when you're just allowed to stay close to your brother?
And that girl is such a child that the whole commotion seemed unrealistic. Her actions were so obvious did she hope to get fired? Σ( ̄□ ̄||) If i were Masayuki I'd kill that bitch 1001 times, but well that's what made me unable to become a main character

It's been a long time since I last read this, and I don't even want to read it again due to the first story. It traumatized me :(
Well it's beautiful, I fell for the story. And then Shiki made me disappointed for the first time when he cut his hand trying to make sensei let go of him, but well it's still understandable since he had to hear those hurtful remarks.
But when sensei, due to Shiki's action, became that crazy, he JUST LEFT ???
He didn't deserve your love, sensei.
I'm more concerned about the love here. To me it looks like the seme was not only affected by the thought of "a normal family with children" but he had also run out of feelings for the uke. When they reached 28, the way he treats their relationship shows no emotion at all, like he's just going with the flow, and he's bored of it, and as a result, he's easily convinced when the idea of "normality" hit him.
I'd like to see how the manga describes his feelings toward his lover more when he told him to break up, but it's only about his actions.
I've read some mangas about ones breaking up with their lover with reasons like "no future", too. In "Doushitemo Furetakunai" and "Kowagaranai de, Soba ni Ite", the ukes also wanted to break up thinking their semes deserve "a normal family with children" after seeing their semes talking about family, so those ukes thought that they should give up. However, those mangas described how painful they felt when they came to that decision, and their reluctance as well, since they still loved their partners so much. But with this manga, all I see are the seme's coldness and unreluctant actions.
But well, of course he'll regret like it's always been in yaoi, and they'll come back to each other, haiz. I hope it'll be poignant and beautiful as people that has read the raws said.
I felt that too. Seme just seemed cold, like he bored with their routine, with uke.
We don't see he getting torn with the decision, he just end the 10-year relationship just like that
Totally agree (╬ ̄皿 ̄)
