The first story had such a promising premise with its’ interesting character dynamic but was ultimately rushed in the most unsatisfying way. The author decided to switch to a webtoon format in the middle and the story suddenly became a cringy rushed mess. Even had a “villain reveal” which felt right out of Scooby Doo. Frustrating since the beginning did such a good job capturing my interest. Did not bother to read the second story due to lack of interest.

A prequel with some very dark and disturbing material but, like in Itou-san, none of it is the romanticizing type. Ties very well into the main story, explaining Itou-san's past and how he ultimately started his transformation from a robotic killer to a man capable of love. Really liked how it also gave light to some of his quirks like the constant smiling and his quite unique taste in neckties.

Such a stunning manga. I love how unique it is, I love the art, I love the plot, I love the characters. And I too must say: SO damn refreshing to see bi- and pansexuality acknowledged! That like never happens. And the way Kuroiwa mentioned this too, this complete casualness about his sexual orientation, it's so lovely.

Fast paced and simple but gets bonus points from art, characterizations, overall fluff and BUNNIES. It’s just a sweet little story to enjoy when you want some light reading. I absolutely love the way the artist draws the seme and his resting bitch face. His personality is refreshing as well. He’s taking care of the uke but does this in a manner that respects their own ambition. I get irritated by semes who just be like “Well I’m rich and ur poor so I’ll now solve all your problems whether u like it or not!” That can just make you feel like a cheap freeloader.
The one negative I have is that the lackluster sex scenes did nothing for me. Especially the first one. The characters kinda just did the deed while staying silent as if it was some sort of obligatory scene they wanted to be done with. IMO they could have saved it for later for a way better scene. Also, really disliked the side story couple (red flags!) but Imma just ignore them.

He came on to the poor guy so aggressively when he was obviously at a vulnerable state. Made those weird faces too. Is he looking for a quick rebound himself or gets off on the other one being upset? Dunno, maybe I'm wrong and he genuinely wanted to help. I just want happiness for this sweetheart seme. He was done dirty by his shitty cheater of an ex.

Beautiful art and very interesting premise with several intriguing elements. However, in the end it kind of felt like this had a too ambitious setting for what it was actually willing to deliver. It’s mostly about smut so good for those satisfied with that. I tend to look for more and was expecting more because of that fascinating premise. Still glad I read it but the untapped potential left me feeling it should have been a longer, more in-depth manga.

Charming little story about a ballerina breaking free of her constraints and basically saying "Fuck it, I do what I want!" Has this really subtle and mature feel which I enjoyed. However, the ending left me a bit empty and I think they could have gone further with the story. Since the MC made a pretty big deal about her virginity and the old guy admitted feeling self-conscious about showing his naked body to someone young like her, I was actually very curious how a more intimate moment between the two would go. They could have kept it subtle, no smut needed (nor would it fit with the atmosphere I think), but I just wanted SOMETHING more. Funny, this is like the first time I read a story which did not have a sex scene but I WANTED one. Usually I don't care whether there is one or not.
Yes the premise is unhealthy, not something you'd promote irl, but as fiction it was strangely intriguing and when the two actually got into their arrangement, surprisingly sweet and respectful. Funny how the seme might have started as a molester but he does actually listen to the MC, even comes up with a safe word and adheres to it. That's way more than I can say about many other semes (bruh, only in yaoi-land can a molester seem more reasonable than "normal" partners). A twisted start but in truth there never was any non-con act between the two.
