They had to do it in a way, at the beginning the 2 dudes didn't enjoy it too, they were forced to sleep together as punishment, and after that it grew as coping mechanism for all of them. Yes, what the dude in either this or last chapter did was purely selfish and not excusable, but before that it was mostly consensual or at least agreed on wordlessly, since they genunely took some kind of comfort from doing it, even Nanmu (even tho he hated himself for it). They support each other in a way, by doing it together, and outside of it, that's why they are "brothers".
