I think that Noah isn’t the serial killer but it’s the flower guy, he doesn’t have to be Noah to be the serial killer.
I think the theory of Issac having DID is the most likely to be true for how he acted when he saw the police guy (forgot his name)
While the theory Issac looking for Noah might be too but it seems to be a starch? According to how he acts he does seem psychopathic unless this was shown to throw us off, I think it’s not likely to be it.
