Claude killed his brother in all the timelines. The timelines change only from when Athy was born. The other events are the same. Claude kills his brother. Meets Diana. Athy is born and Diana dies. Infact, it seems that his brother comes back alive even in the novel (the timelines where Claude hangs Athy), except the novel ends before showing Claude's death and his brother taking over. Ofcourse in this timeline, we don't know the eventual outcome.
