I read the raws and obviously I didn't understand what they were saying. So all I'm going to say is based on the drawings x)
So after the last chapter, Jihyun is furious and he beat Kihyun so much that he bled af. Basically, Jihyun lost all his self control so he later tells Kihyun to meet him in private. When Kihyun goes there, there are Jihyun + 2 or 3 of his subordinate. It's obviously a trap so he can beat him for good and this is what happened. Hopefully, Chiwoo arrives to save Kihyun but even after trying to reason Jihyun, he doesn't stop and hold Chiwoo back from helping Kihyun. While they were fighting, Jihyun accidently pushed Chiwoo and he fell. While he stayed at the hospital, Chiwoo came to see him, and begued to forgive him, kneeling and crying. But Chiwoo seemed to have enough and from what I've seen, he decided to end their friendship.

Basically Jihyun attempts to beat Kyujin up with his lackeys. Chiwoo finds out and goes to the building where it's happening. Jihyun stops him but he forces himself out of his grasp. This made Jihyun mad and pushes him, not realizing that there's stairs right behind Chiwoo.

Chiwoo is hospitalized for a long time.
Jihyun goes inside the room, gets on his knees and asks Chiwoo to forgive him.
We get a flashback of how Jihyun and Chiwoo met, how Jihyun used to be and how his personality started to deteriorate.

After the flashback, Chiwoo finally opens up to Jihyun.
They discussed/answered the issues that has been avoided for so long.
Jihyun confesses to Chiwoo.
(I tried to translate some parts but it might not be accurate: Chiwoo said that Jihyun is an important person in his life and even if he kept making the same mistakes over and over, he would have still chosen and forgiven him since their fights were usually small. After the epilogue will be TWO endings. It's debated that the endings may either be: Kyujin route AND Jihyun route OR end-game route AND no end-game route but judging Oryu, I personally think it's going to be the two ships route.

After the epilogue, Oryu puts two more chapters which will be Kyujin/Chiwoo ending and Jihyun/Chiwoo ending. Every ships win then haha... that is, if Oryu does make two ship endings
