In the note, the author said the translation of the title was far from 외사랑 so I searched what "외사랑" meant (pronounced as oesarang),,, Google said Outside Love, which didn't make sense. Then I found one on HiNative "짝 (jjak) and 외 (oe) mean alone or one. 짝사랑 (jjaksarang) is more general and natural. 외사랑 (oesarang) is rarely used in Korean." source- https://hinative.com/ko/questions/16917285
And then a singer called Davichi has a song called 외사랑 too and the English translation was Old love. So is it Unrequited Love (짝사랑), Old Love, or outside love lol ^^;
Lol yeah its doesn’t make sense as ‘exotic’. The tittle is actually unrequited love or one sided love. But idk should i or should i not change the tittle since the previous scan group put up this tittle in mangaupdates.

I tend to not fall for MCs but I remember this one time I was reading or watching an anime I can’t remember exactly since I do a mix of the two. However, I for the first time fell in love with the MC and then guess who the author decided to kill? the author then went on showing that he was a fake mc which is why she killed him and then showed who’s the true MC afterward. I still remember the shock but idk why I can’t remember the name I mean it’s been well over 10 years but damn the feeling is still there
