I think this was well done! And this was trauma done correctly! Not romanticizing r@pe/abuse at all. And the fact that they both had trauma to work through together was a nice touch, not just one being rescued by the other.

-I think the guy who can read thoughts moved to the country to get away from the city so he’s not so clouded by other people’s thoughts.
-He got a delivery of coffee beans, but they weren’t the right kind. I think he suspected that by reading the drivers thoughts? I’m not sure whether this was an accident or on purpose.
-The people who came in posing as the police, including the guy who’s thoughts can’t be read aren’t actually cops and weren’t actually investigating a murder. They were looking for the coffee bean bags that probably have drugs or money in them. Guy who can read minds figures this out by reading the “cops” thoughts when they come and question him.
-Guy who’s thoughts can’t be read shows up that evening to pick up the bags of “coffee” and pays off the guy who can read thoughts to be quiet about it.
I think that’s it so far??
