A lot of shows do that though lol. Main characters where they wake up with amnesia and adapt to the world they’ve just woken up in. The walking dead, saw, etc.
Trust me there is a logical reason on where they are and how they ended up there, it's not just random fantasy bullshit Isekai. Infact the plot twist is absolutely incredible
