Cmiiw, as long as i know, there's an esper and guide, the esper will enter a dungeon and fight the monster, while the guide is like the doctor of the esper, if the esper didn't get any guide it'll be dangerous cs the esper will go rampage
It's not really like an omegaverse where espers and guided can get pregnant. It's more so like A healer healing a superhero in simple terms. Espers are the heroes or whatnot and Guides are their healers.

The ml is the mafia guy the with the scar and it will be very slow burn cuz they haven't kissed / Held hands and it's almost 90 chapters
Daejun is the final guy, although the author likes to play without minds and keep us guessing at the beginning.
The romance is like rainwater in a dessert; it's not really there, we can function without it but we would like to have more if it. It's not a revenge story because nothing if the sort has happened so far.
Personal opinion:
Don't really like the group but I am living for the snippets of romance, and the sarcastic comments.

I wouldn't say the summary was super interesting and I'm not sure whether this is shounen ai or yaoi but is it actually worth reading this even though I'm not a fan of hard yaoi? What I mean is that if the story is good I'd read it and just skip the yaoi scenes
