how did the novel end?

In the novel

So in the novel after Lize tries to frame Edith for stabbing her she fails and everyone figures out the truth and so she looses the trust of the duke and duchess
However the duchess doesn’t send her away to a convent and the original Lize doesn’t come back and the previous Edith’s don’t get a chance to deal with the author instead the author remains as Lize and Cliff (that asshole) is still very much obsessed with her and he doesn’t disappear
Lize ( Author) despite her plans being thwarted is still delusional and feels that she is the main character and everything good belongs to her and still feels that the 13th Edith should die and all that despite our Edith trying to speak some sense in to her and explaining to her that even if she’s not the mc of the novel now that the everyone in the novel is free to act as they like she can create her own happy ending for herself with cliff( that idiot) who seems to love her regardless of her many flaws but of course she refuses to listen and still plots and schemes
Also in the novel Edith and Killian go to their county/ manor in Rysen instead of inheriting the duke position
There’s some original plot point from the novel about a missing emperors son that Lizé is aware of so she buys a boy similar to him from a slave auction house gives him a fake birthmark and tries to use him to make a come back but it backfires because the real missing boy ran into Edith’s carriage who has the real birth mark and so Lize is arrested for the crime of insulting the royal family and instead reward Edith. And Edith being a holy mother Mary ( rolling my eyes) decides to plead forgiveness for Lize from the emperor as the reward but the emperor decides just to spare her life alone but still punish her buy ordering her to serve in a convent and breaks her engagement with cliff.
After Lize is taken away cliff gets really depressed for a while while our couple is thriving at Rysen and they have a son , the come to visit the duke and duchess
Cliff then realizes that the way he treated killian and Edith just because he loved Lize was wrong and apologizes to them ( he finally escaped control of the original novel plot ) then cliff tries to resign from his position as heir to the dukedom and gives it to killian but killian refuses and advises him to just focus on the dukedom and get rid of Lise’s shadow
Edith and killian return to Rysen and Edith meets a girl that looks like the little girl that she met when she was sick in the hospital in Korea and adopts her
Cliff eventually married another girl (not a great beauty just pretty, gentle and kind )who really loved him for him
Lize who had been acting crazy before upon hearing about Cliff getting married suddenly went quiet and looked like she lost her soul.
The End.

WTF wdym I like this ending (novel ending) it's much better. Manhwa ending is sooo tasteless and there's a lot of contradiction on point of view

The reason I prefer this ending is cause the author gets to face retribution from the previous Edith’s that she hurt in the past also the original Edith and original Lize get a chance to live the novel world and live properly in the real world so yeah

Author should have put this all in the main story. Side stories are for fluffy or wholesomeness, not this evil shit (satire).
