Umm depends. If you prefer visuals over reading. I’d say the manhwa is already doing a great job following the novel, but doesn’t really capture the emotional scenes. Like the early one where Mc broke down crying. I love that scene in the novel, cried a little honestly. Manhwa kinda skim over it.
If you’re just in it for the badass scenes, i would say you don’t have too. I do recommend it though

Especially anime, they can slap whatever age on the character regardless of appearance and call it a day. I’ve seen worse, not least she’s not a lolibaba.
