I have read the raws until ch 74 a long time ago so I only got 4 truly new chapters but...
I believed a lie for almost 15 years Σ(っ°Д °;)っ I knew Norio was blinded I remember they did that so he won't see everyone as a monkey (for his peace of mind) but I also believe that the blind isn't so effective (remember Norio knew Fujiwara wasn't a monkey long before everyone else) so although the blind was strong it couldn't control him totally (all of this is what I believe) so my guess is that Norio likes Kunimasa but he actually wasn't so obsessively, desperately and jealousy in love with him.
So his personality was a lie ╥﹏╥
Yooooo if that blind meant he was also brainwashed, I've been lied to for years! I thought blind was only so he wouldn't look at others and kept them away. They just had to toy with his feelings! Damn that kunimasa! I never felt like strangling a fictional character so bad! (╬￣皿￣)
I want to point the hate to author's thought process/mind in creating this more confusing story though (not the author themselves) for creating more confusion and hate from long avid readers like us.

I feel chapter 217 is the most boring chapter I have read in a while, besides it seems like plagiarism because a singer challenge by another because their music doesn't have feelings is sooo common, so overused, so boring （￣へ￣）

I really liked Arvel final thought about her:

Although I don't like that he stole his brother fiance (even if sho probably didn't love her) thinking again a womanizer and a prostitute maybe are a good pair, they know how to seduce the other.
It's been sometime since I read the novel but I can remember one time line that he literally said he loved her and proposed to her I don't remember if he loved her in all the other lives, he finds someone in the end but it broke my heart
Hahaha I think this is the first time I've ever seen a FL tell the second ML that he is a second ML, poor guy he didn't get it
