So reading this I was surprised a shoujo manga would actually do an incest relationship but Lo and behold "plot twist" at the end they're not actually siblings!?! (shocking I know (〜￣△￣)〜
But then it ends up his birth parents were actually siblings (surprised with his lack of health conditions or defects since siblings share such close DNA and have known problems with a higher chance with an unhealthy kids and whatnot) personally would've preferred if they just like ran away together in high school like they had planned or had them not get together.
Blood relationships when having children have 8% chance of a problem occurring, if it's your cousin its around 6% and what people call normal by social standards that change like the wind have a 4% chance.
