Hmm I really want to talk about this chapter but since I’m not an MHA manga reader and honestly my opinions would not be valid since I haven’t read it from the beginning nor really know about the Todoroki fam history but honestly I think when Dabi’s origin is fully shown I’ll think I’ll come back and meanwhile will go back and finally read it from the beginning. But I just wanna say that MHA has really been portraying Endeavor as a villain from the very beginning despite ironically being number 2 hero, but now is truly showing now that it might not fully be that case; because I feel like a lot people/fans forget in a lot of many cases especially toward many main MHA characters how the idea of “quirks or hereditary quirks” have caused characters trauma/fortune/misfortune that has put them in a certain position in society/dividing what’s right/wrong, good/evil and also many other problems especially now in the MHA society, and since quirks is not really something of ones own control, you can’t exactly put the full blame all on one person nor others because it’s something that’s just developed a modern quirk society (●￣(ｴ)￣●)

I knew that both of the grandpas were gay for each other when they kept bringing up the grudge and how they were super close and then one day just stopped talking. I hate being freakin right because now my heart is freakin broken. Just like the main male leads, they weren’t allowed to love each other because it wasn’t acceptable especially because of how talented both of their families were and the pressure it’d be to start their own families. It freakin sucks because if they honestly were to follow their heart it’s possible the Kabuki family businesses would have suffered and not only affect both of their careers but also their other friends and families as well and if that would’ve happened they would never be able to perform together again. Which is something they both loved and were incredibly passionate about. I think that’s why he knew that their love on stage had to stay their and that’s why the other leads grandfather knew that they could never play roles together because it would just pain him and be a reminder that they would never truly be together. It’s freakin tragic and I’m so sad right now. I wonder how things will progress now for our beautiful couple

I agree about that the age gap it isn’t great and all but I also can’t ignore that the fact is, age gaps have been a huge trope in the manga industry, obviously Japan has a lot of anime/manga with them for so many years that it’s super common and most manganka are encouraged or inspired to make them. I know that now a days the manga industry is trying to divert from that mentality and also in not putting young characters into adult situations but sadly that’s why it was all made in the first placed, but I’m glad that now since there’s more fans of manga out their and it’s expanding the industry and many are put off and concern of these not okay tropes, it’s changing but people shouldn’t be upset you know. I’ve been reading manga since I was barely even a teen, and I’ve read about everything I’m like super desensitized to a lot of it and I’m in my early twenties nothing fazes me, so honestly it doesn’t bother me especially since it’s fictional and I know it’s not okay in the real world. Like my parents have a age gap too, my mom got married at 16 with my dad who was 9 years her junior, so I was born from that type of love so it doesn’t bother me but I’ve made fun of my parents for it. Idk I guess everyone has a way to feel about it (⌒▽⌒)
I’m really curious on Takeo’s story like never would’ve that he’d get a spin-off if anything I’d think it’d be the other two best friends even if they confirmed to have a platonic friendship LOL

Man this manga takes me back to when I first started to read manga as a teen and had came across ‘Absolute Boyfriend’ like it really does remind me of it except it’s more mature lol Man I love both mangas but I really do hope this manga ends happily and shows that AI and humans could love and live in harmony ╥﹏╥
