I agree with the translator. I would've much preferred it if the president let them go, or at least acted like he would upload it but in the end didn't do that just to teach him a lesson. A good plot twist would've been to throw the uke who drugged him under the bus(bc it looks like he was let off the hook/they didn't tell the president) and that it would be like, "I'm gonna go to the police because I was assaulted by one of your staff and it's gonna bring your company's reputation down if we bring it to light, so unless you let him(Kaito) retire without conditions, you're gonna have problems". And then the president is gonna be like damn, *I'm between a rock and a hard place, I can't let him just go, what if I ask him to be part of the company and I'll delete the initial video of Ryuuji and he doesn't have to do the sex scene* president: "okay. Bet. No scene, I'll delete the footage but you have to work under my company Instead." And then president goes and finds that uke who drugged Ryuuji and teaches him a lesson in potentially ruining the company since he words under him and BAM side couple.

I said I wasn't gonna read it based on these comments, but I ended up diving in and reading it and I'm depressed for the next 184939263949 years thank you very much. But in the anime Ash lived so FIGHT ME. He got that medical attention and met up with Eiji in Japan, again, FIGHT ME.

I mean if you wanna get really technical and realistically speaking, Ash would've died earlier with the number of times he's been stabbed and shot at but he still lived, avoided death and ended up pretty much unscathed lol if we were to follow how the anime had been so far until the end, he really should have survived the stab wound even if someone found him or not. If he can survived being beat near death, shot at, and stabbed throughout ep 1-23, this last one is nothing lol. But I will say that In the manga it was expressed that he died :( there was an epilogue/after story where we find out he didn't make it. BUT in the anime, the director decided to end it halfway and only anime it halfway through volume 19 the last volume. This allows us to have an open ending! I would also like to say that on Banana Fish's official website, they have a character sheet. The character sheet has a listing and picture of all the characters. You can see that they greyed out characters whom have died. And left in color those who are alive! And lo and behold, Ash was left in color! Deductive reasoning tells me that he got medical attention and is alive. ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

God I love this couple so much. Individually they're both so strong in their own way and when they come together, their relationship is so healthy. And I'm not saying that means it's all rainbows and shit, but like, they misunderstand each other and they have their ups and downs but it feels so realistic. They have no qualms about baring their soul to each other and you would think Cain would struggle with it more, but he's really just all about keeping him safe and making him happy, and there's no expectation that's he has to treat him like he's below him, he really treating him like an equal and I'm all for it. I absolutely adore Gyeong Joon so much. He's likeeeeee, don't bullshit me, I'll be the shit out of you if you disrespect me looool love strong bottoms that don't take no bs
Theo out here a whole kid, who, when he was apart from Chloe was an exslave with a name from a day of the week. He's most likely been taught to respect those above his station and that's like everyone lol they're probably gonna talk it out, it doesn't look like they got a chance to speak just the both of them.
