So... For everyone that's confused. Dongha finally realizes that he likes Juwon. Although, since he likes Seonjae a lot, as a friend, he wants to make it clear to him that he likes him as a friend and, likes someone else as a lover. He is sweet, so he doesn't want to keep leading him on.
Seonjae realizes this, though. So, in order to avoid Dongha admitting these feelings to him, he brings him to a restaurant WAY too loud to have a conversation. Though he makes it seem like the loudness doesn't bother him at all in face of Dongha, his ears are bleeding to show that he's actually going through quite a bit of pain, simply to avoid those words that will, in the end, break his heart. I believe Dongha is his first actual, genuine, love.
