yknow the feeling u get when u read a story and the love interest is so bad but you know they’re endgame because of the how the story is building it up
wow i hate him. yeah maybe hes not out here starving his child or not seeing her for years like the other isekai dads, but he is so obviously not a good parent and thats not something you can just brush off and the way he is actually proving to be more of a nuisance than all the other villains weve seen is so crazy. i need him to like admit he’s a shit parent, and then start taking classes and show he’s willing to turn around for his daughter.
i genuinely fell in love with this story. i barely cry but this story tugged through every corner of my heart and i was wailing. each character was so well-written. every time i finish stories like these im always left with a hole in my heart

Im glad theyre not brushing off his worries and trauma as like a characteristic and theyre actually exploring it and showing how scary it is navigating thru that change. a lot of stories like to use disabilities, disorders, and stuff to “spice” up their characters which is so fucked up im glad this story isnt doing that
