Fun fact: Futanari is real too and those are intersex "women" with---well---d1cks. Real too bcs these are intersex "male" with female reproductive system, although the chance of getting pregnant is low bcs majority of an intersex male's chromosomes and hormones are mostly for male. Some intersex males cannot grow facial beard as well bcs of the female chromosomes...some of them can even produce milk when they get pregnant. As for intersex women, some of them have deep voice and facial hair, some are biologically more stronger than an average woman. They are so rare that not many know they exist.

Its not "a new thing" but how u are interpreting is incorrect.
