Lover boy is two steps from Yandere and definitely is a stalker lmao
The story was fine until the “reveal” lol. The way the brother came in and just expositioned all about their relationship was not only weird, but just entirely unrealistic especially given how he then appears again and says he regrets not cherishing their relationship lmao.
Back in my day, coloring flats on top of manga artwork was considered really lazy and boring so scanlation teams went crazy and did actual shading. Also fuck Webtoon format in general.
Can’t wait for this dude to fall madly in love and worship him
Yeah yeah yeah he’s a bad dude, but Ran’s new man is fiiiiiine
If you reread this chapter after the reveal at the end it really changes the mood. You can see Yuuya’s contempt when talking about omegas. It makes the kindergarten scene have a different vibe as well because Yuuya reacts to the mention of heat cycles. And when Ren is comparing their speeds, it seems odd given that ofc he’d be faster than Yuuya (an omega), so why is he asking that. Why is Ren thanking him for being by their side? Pretty neat twist there! But damn can this author write anything without angst
Guys if you want to support the author, this manga is currently on sale at ebook renta dot com!
Ukano: I’m only good at being manipulative
Also Ukano: one of the most honest, talkative, and caring partners I’ve seen in any manga
Chapter 6 was an absolute mess, makes me wonder if they added in the typical evil woman plot last minute? The dialogue was also just so barren lol.
Natori bro… just laugh and walk away. Let her be delusional.
Damn the cover really had me thinking there was some extreme height difference
Her reasoning is so unbelievably tone death lol. Her circumstances are not even remotely similar to a neglected child. It’s also wild of her to say this to a single father and someone with a complicated relationship with his mother.
The art is super pretty I can’t wrap my mind around art styles like this I’m so envious
Keita’s personality and backstory felt a bit underutilized, I would love to have the story more focused on his struggles and his inner turmoil. The part where he puts the box back in the closet was so heartbreaking that it makes the ending feel lacking since Kippei is the only one that could remember everything clearly. I’m glad both of them are happy though.
This story is so funny. And for anyone interested, MangaPlaza has it in the original manga format instead of these chopped up overpriced chapters!
The way this comic constantly has me holding my breath, waiting for something terrible to inevitably occur. I hope this has a happy ending… the way Ignat refuses to acknowledge his own loneliness is really painful to watch.
