I found it and reread. It's the end of chapter 29 and the beginning of chapter 30. It's better to reread 30 though because that's where you actually see why ML thought MC had blue eyes.
To recap, Shari, MC, was teleporting to the beginner village again because her hp was lower than 10%. The teleportation effect had blue lights that reflected in her eyes, that's why ML saw her eyes as blue.
