They literally think their daughter/sister is an idiot who will be in an abusive marriage "because she only sees the good in people". Worse yet, they see signs in her appearance that she is treated very well and they ignore it. Additionally, they don't communicate with her, they have great communication with each other, but it looks like her opinion has the same value as the opinion of a three-year-old or a pet. I'm so angry that I think I'll wait until there's chapter 50 because I know there's still a long way to go before they stop looking at ML as a wild beast unworthy of their daughter (whose opinion will still not matter).
