Nope. Kiyosha and Shun like each other and they paired. Also, looks like Shun is not pregnant since Kiyosha mentioned something about taking birth contral beforehand. The other Alpha likes Kiyosha, and know it looks like he wants to fuck things up between Shun and Kiyosha because he thinks is not fair to no have a happy ending, or something like that.

haruto(alpha) likes kiyohisa(alpha). shun(omega) likes kiyohisa too. haruto's mom want him to impregnate shun. then kiyohisa and shun paired bc haruto called kiyohisa and told him to help shun, but i don't think shun will get pregnant bc kiyohisa took birth control pill beforehand.
