I like them very much, too (づ￣ ³￣)づ there are stories with good plots where the little children were abused or broken by sick adults, or manga with main character had broken childhood. I still read them even tho i got upset reading them. Partly, because i expect the bad guys will be punished and the child find happiness. Maybe that's why i always need my dose of stories with cute little children, yaoi or not. And i find this one super adorable. I hope the manga will continue with a lot of interaction between sei-chan and his ikemen brothers, beside yui-chan and hotaka (or one destined to be hotaka's rival) ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
