Using rape/kidnapping/abuse as a crucial development part of the story line. Sure these are the events that will live mark both mentally and physically on the human being but we don’t see the after effects on that person. Probably I can’t find anyone who can relate to this but I have a fear of watching one of my favorite animated show Bojack Horseman and hating him. When I was young it was my first and favorite show.
