Yeah there was. I also like that part in the novel. He was about to get his potato soup but Lu Feng arrived and asked Zhe questions to check if An Zhe is responding as a human or not.
The jumps from chapter to chapter are so odd. Definitely read the novel if you can, there are some small details that are being skipped.
