Im at chapter 58 and i just dont understand why they have to keep recieving blows from oliver. I mean why not reveal everything to the media and be done with it? Felix here can provide dna samples. Why do they all have to keep to stand by the shit that oliver without retaliating?? its not like Gio isnt capable? But he just haaaad to go and give his company to Oliver. And let him actually put another condition and again everyone is just accepted it!!!! Like what the actual fuck???!! Theyre becoming major pushovers! Doormats!!
And why wont felix tell his mom and sister what is really happening? Right now, their lives are in danger and they dont even know! Wont you at least tell them that someone is threatening them so at least they can actually have a fighting chance when an assassination attempt happens??? There they are actually meeting with the guy who threatens their lives in their store and they dont have a care in the world!

Oliver wanted the company so Gio gave it to him cuz he didn't want any more problems to happen(he actually had his own way to get his revenge later) also he didn't want Felix to suffer anymore so handing him the company was the easiest way to end it since that was what felix was hired for
The reason they did not have away Felix being the heir is because of what Felix said. He told Gio he does not want to be the heir, has no internation of being the heir, and does not need a father figure in his life. He does not want to be ordered around anymore. Also, it will cause a big scene if people knew that Felix is the real heir since the J group is a big company. The chairman will visit them, maybe some camera men will visit Felix's family, and people will judge them. That is, what I think the reason is.
