Abel is 100% adopted, picked up during some war campaign or something bc there was smth about him that Hades resonated with. The reason why everyone thinks he’s an illegitimate kid is because the people around them wouldn’t shut up about how Abel shouldn’t be inheriting the duchy if he’s just some commoner brat that Hades brought back. Thus, the lie came about that Abel really was the product of an affair Hades had, and thus had a legitimate-ish reason to be the heir apparent.

Cedric will remember Tia in their past life coz he was within the vicinity when Tia used the magic circle. So he also returned back in time but he hasn't awakened yet. Anyway, Cedric will hide it from Tia coz apparantely Cedric was in love with Tia in the first timeline so he doesn't want to tell Tia for fear that Tia will leave his side if she knew. But Tia learned of it from Cedric himself and the scene was so heartbreaking.
