I think it's said beast are all male alpha & beta, that's why they need human omega so they can produce offspring. As we can see all omega in mansion are human not once beast
The only female alpha we've 'seen' has been Kai's mother (in the Pendulum manga) she could have been beta, but considering her attitude, probably not. I think any female beast alpha is probably going to be sterile. Beast omegas are probably also very rare and also sterile. Beta seem to have the largest fertile population.

there was an acceptance from the mother, i don't know if didn't catch that or what, but it's when the mother told chihiro to use blankets when they sleep together, that's a way of starting the acceptance. it doesn't need to be addressed bc it was obvious the mom will accept them eventually based on her reaction everytime shuu tell her that he's going on a date. and you can't possibly swallow everything in one snap, that the son he thought was straight was not all along, it needs understanding and acceptance to go through it all.
