Plus the seme wasn’t really trying to hide his affection towards the uke from the beginning and that also probably y the brother figured something was up with them..

I’m sorry but it wasn’t clear at all . The brother being suspicious also doesn’t mean that he would be okay with that. The same probably didn’t want to 1. potentially loose a friend 2. create a weird atmosphere for the brothers and 3. didn’t want to put the uke in a weird spot. Like the uke didn’t even out himself. He also didn’t say it to the uke but his brother and didn’t expect the uke to overhear their conversation. I’m also confused about the uke reaction since all he did until now was pushing the seme away/ not treating him fondly. If the brother would have asked the uke Ofc he would have denied it, so why is it a problem for the seme to do the same. It’s also pretty dumb of the uke to not speak to the seme and clear up the misunderstanding.

I see it.. I think it was probably a shock for the uke since he had just literally realized his feelings and was thinking that the seme also feels the same... I felt like the uke had accepted seme little by little even tho the seme was forceful.. I just wanna see some smut scenes and happy endings lol
