I feel like Saliou had so much potential to be a passionate and more interesting character, but the author never portrayed him as ambitious even thought he was LITERALLY trying to prevent his kind from becoming extinct! Now that Paulo (vampire) is out of the picture he’s just is a character with no personality... If the author removed Gabriel from the story I feel like the plot would be a lot more enticing, especially smut. But because there was no build-up to the revelation of the Gabriel being the white wolf, he seems boring and bland for 85% of the story. The author made him out to be “the damsel-in-distress uke who gets raped.” So I’m kinda disappointed.

Yahwi is such a nonchalant, selfish asshole. His “confession” reminds me of people that don’t like a person, but prevent that person from dating other people. Cain may be fake, but Yahwi is so much faker. CAIN SUPREMACY BITCHES!!

It makes me mad because I want to be upset with Taewan, but my heart flutters each time he's on screen. The hair, the lips, the fit. THE POSE! Like fuck, he's too good-looking. So Yahwi had that bitch ass face since he was little. Like damn, pick a struggle. And this backstory feels very “appeared out of nowhere” (even though it was mentioned they were childhood friends a few chapters back), so it doesn’t really make me feel for Yahwi. I’m really glad Cain is providing emotional support though.
Look, I don’t loathe Yahwi, I just feel like all he does is terrible shit, he’s boring, and he is just made to sit there and look pretty (when Dojin and Cain have way hotter character designs lmao). If there is character development in Yahwi, then I’ll change my opinion I guess. Until then, Dojin x Cain for the win.
