I don't sense the horror like spooky things and jumpscare kind of horror BUT... rather than that, the horror it's giving is gruesome pure cruelty, tragedy, and heavy angst that could drive someone's (the characters) crazy kind of horror and that's actually vv scary (╥﹏╥) They're so strong for not giving up immediately... what an awesome strong willpower. I could never relate (my willpower is as fragile as men's masculinity /hj)

No way to tell actually. The manhwa is actually very different from the novel but it certainly feels like we're nearing the climax of the story.
Well novel has 163 chapters even if it's longer in webtoon don't think it'll go further than 180 ( in fact 150ms + 13 chapters).
