Right?? It felt rushed. And even when they confessed I wished they wouldn’t sleep right away. The mc seemed really insecure and having a crush for the first time so it felt so right for it to be a slow burn! Also they started to date bc the ghosts and of him living in a haunted house, now he doesn’t live there he is kinda free of the ghosts but he isn’t bc he’s dating him! I really wanted this kind of misunderstanding to show ! They really should’ve bonded more like you said… but yeah regardless they’re sweettt

Im so happy I gave it a chance. The first chapters I was so furious at the mc I didn’t like him at all but i pushed through and it was worth it. I love them they’re so cute I also loved the slow burn it melted my heartttt. Definitely gonna wait for chapters from now on
