*SPOILER, HEAVY TEA AHEAD* Wen Niannian will be kidnapped place of Shen Luon (same people who kidnapped Gu Yansheng when he was younger i believe). Basically, a ton of stuff goes down, Wen is badly hurt and makes his way back to Gu Yanshengs house. Wen literally does not give AF anymore and essentially has a nervous breakdown. He goes OFF and let’s everyone have it. Everyone is shook and Wen finally says “Let’s divorce” but Gu Yansheng says no *facepalm*. After Gu Yansheng says no, Wen takes a knife to his neck and threatens to kill himself in front of everyone if Gu Yansheng doesn’t sign the divorce papers. It’s honestly the best part of the novel LOL.
