It's obvious to us because we get to read Yuna's inner monologue. Min isn't a mind reader, you can't just assume that somebody is going to pick up on "hints". No matter how obvious you think you're being, if you don't say it, they won't know it. She didn't even have any indication that Yuna was actually gay. She came after Min because she thought she was a boy, as far as Min knew she was just hanging out with a straight girl in a false relationship because it was convenient for them both.
