On another note regarding the pronouns, it seems like the author has went down the, well the one giving birth is the "mother" route in their interpretation, rather than still calling them the father due to being a man, like for example Kusaba Keri's omegaverse works. Dojin's omega male father who gave birth to him and his siblings is referred to as being his mother, for example, so I think Hye-sung is going to end up being called the mother, which is a bit regressive.

It confuses me to call a male mother... Even whe he gave birth, it's still a father for me. It's like using "her" and "she" on an omega male.
Well in a few weeks, when the baby is there I may got used to it.

Yep, I prefer when authors still call them both fathers, because at the end of the day they are both men. It's like when some authors choose to call the male omega "wife" rather than husband, which is something that I find a bit odd. Obviously the whole shebang is odd to begin with, but it does seem like some authors are try to present the male omega as being a woman essentially, and fulfilling that role, whereas others still present the omegas as being men and they are regarded as fathers, husbands rather than being a mother or wife. That's probably too much discussion on Dojin's father being called a "mother" in the plot, so I'll stop here for now.(⌒▽⌒)

That situation is actually very rare. Usually it's the MC not wanting to tell others rather than not being able to.
