Nah…I don’t agree with decision of hiding the truth about her being actually graped! I mean they should know! It's her truth to share. That's why they won't tell on her behalf. As for her, she likely felt ashamed and didn't want her daughter and Clartes to know she acted a fool.
And her justice was going to a convenient instead of being thrown back into the streets. They know she wasn't the worst, but it didn't erase the fact that she encouraged abuse for Iora. She just did so under the misunderstanding that she was the earnest's daughter
I do wish Clartes would find out it was against her will- maybe not the details, but to know her disappearance wasnt because of his new commoner status or anything he did.
