After she threw away the letter i thought she was becoming more like her mum, I was wondering why her friends hadn't even seen a glimpse of Sol and why her mum hadn’t done anything other than look at the umbrella and photos. I think what prepared us for the mc to become more and more like her mother was the pink haired friend that died. I hope she doesn’t become like her psycho mum
I feel so bad for Sol, I think she would have been happy and have been able to sort herself out (by that cut her mum off and build actual healthy relationships) whether if she had been able to cut mc's mum off or if she never met her in the first place. Yh she had tendencies to dig herself a whole by choosing people like her mum (aka abusive bf) but when push comes to shove she changed and that would have happened whether mc's mum got involved or not.

Not only was he being all pathetic and self centred as shit, he full on assaulted the mc like that shit's traumatic. Seeing the mc just shake and cry full on gave me the shivers. Kinda pissed they forgave his ass, it would have been fine if the author didn’t add the assault and just made it a self centred pathetic asshole butting in and inserting himself into the relationship and there's a whole argument about it but they really had to add the assault

I read the novel and Hirosue is not likeable there either if something you would definitely hate him more.
The problem is MC likes him a lot and can't forget him so he forgives him everytime. The ending is happy just because MC is together with someone he loves

I read the novel, and the author did not make him likable to me LMAO.
But I do love it, she has a way with with words and it made me invested on how the characters would act and the choices they would have to make.
I still hate the ML and was disappointed in how it all ended, but I just love the way it's written.
