It probably has to do with the webtoon app. From a while ago, they started to invest and release different titles. They invested in some already well-known works like "Doctor Elise" or "Here U Are", but also in some mature titles like "Tears on a Withered Flower" and this one. These are works that webtoon adapts for their platform and so, it gets a new translation, sometimes even characters have new names and it all becomes PG15, even if sex is highly implied/present.
I don't really agree with it, but that's how it's been for the last few months. I just hope we don't lose the least censored version because of this.
