He aggressively demands to know Yoon's feelings without even exposing what he feels, as if he wasn't the one desperate for attention!! He attacks the ex intimately, in a way he doesn't know anything about, and thus treats Yoon as his newest property and says such RUDE things!!
Kwon showed no interest in understanding Yoon's past and the feelings it represents since the beginning. Whenever Yoon tried to expose himself or showed vulnerability, Kwon said it wasn't part of their relationship agreement, ignored it and went for sex.
