i really love this however i honestly despise the ending it is a cliffhanger really i mean yes we get to see them living together but really i want to see something like this that does cover them spending YEARS together and by years i mean 10 20 30 years in the future from the starting point even if it is just little snippets of time
honestly for me both chapters were just meh the first one was not to my taste due to the rape vibe and the second one just felt weird and just off
i really hope she is ok and that dark haired girl finally realizes she wants to marry her
for me this type of manga is a love hate kind of relationship mainly due to the simple fact that both parties involved are MORONS first of all secondly in the first chapter you can see that these two women have known each other since high school or college and so have grown on each other so why not just tie the knot and call it a day already seeing as how anybody that has read any manga or story for that matter like this knows that there are only 2 ways this can end 1 the break up or 2 they get married normally after some other trope comes in between them as a way for the AUTHOR to CREATE FRICTION and then boom everything is forgiven and forgotten which we all know never happens in real life unless the forgiving partner is a complete and utter fool and moron themselves
all in all in closing i both love and hate manga like this

MANY MANY more like it because lets face it this last couple of years has been pretty DRY when it comes to GOOD manga and anime period i mean come on we had MAYBE 10 isekai a few years ago and now we have DOZENS in with nothing more than a little tweak to the story and SLIGHTLY different character models and personalities but all in all same shit different day really
your girlfriend needs some attention so get your head out of your arse and give her some loving lol

honestly i have been reading this for quite some time now and honestly i like many others have been holding our hope that the 2 women would finally hook up but the more i read this the more i realize that the author of this has ZERO intention of doing so and in fact i would not be shocked if the author of this is not in fact a guy who really has a very limited grasp on romance

Pretty sure the author is a woman. When I read asterisk there was an author note saying they felt like that was their first real romance story. So I think the author themselves thinks they aren’t very good at writing romance, or romantic stories, so this might just be a result of that.
Also, in her other romance story the characters split for a while/break up before coming back together, so maybe that’s just something they do in their romance stories.
